"Trial Expired" on Photoshop even when it was New.

After downloading and opening the Photoshop 2021 for my free trial, it said that the trial had already expired. I just downloaded it from a new account, so I don't get why it said that it ended. Please send help. Thanks!

    If you used it before, you can't get a second chance by using a new account. Even if someone else used a trial on a the computer, you can't get a second chance. So it's time to subscribe, from $10 per month (commitment to pay $120 for the year).
