"trial" keeps ending even though I have paid for subscription

I have been using illustrator for years as a student in college. I took a small break from school so I ended my subscription, Since I am back in school I signed up for the trial, and then when that ended I set up a credit card to pay for the monthly subscription for illustrator ONLY. A month later im hit with the "your trial has ended buy now". I have proof that I am paying for this in my bank statement. I decided to puchase the creative cloud option with a school discount but I still cant use illustrator because its telling me that my freaking trial has ended!!!

If you purchased through the school, contact the school IT support. School subscriptions may need to use a particular kind of login, or particular installs of the software.
