trials

Question

Hi! I was on the free trial for both photoshop and lightroom - my trials ended and i was charged the fee for both - on my online account it says that my next billing is july 2021. but when i get onto the desktop app, it says that my trial has ended and i have to buy a plan to continue using - but i thought that i had just paid up until july - or at least i have been charged up until july. any advice?

did you payment complete? ie, being charged and paying aren't the same.

if yes, check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if your account shows your subscription is active, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
