Tricky Creative Suite Issue

My son has Creative Suite 6 that he purchased with his student info. It was installed on

his Mac with a hotmail email account.

He deleted that hotmail account some time ago and his Mac's hard drive crashed.

As a result, he's trying to reinstall the student edition.

 

We have the discs with the Product Code.

He can enter his old hotmail email info. when reinstalling, but since the account was deleted,

he can't retrieve the registration info. from Adobe.

 

How can he transfer this education edition to his new email account?

    Normally you can follow these instructions to change the email address associated with your Adobe ID:

    ...but if you are unable to log in to begin with, then as TSN mentioned above, you could try contacting Adobe Customer Care directly instead:

    You need to get the serial number from your records. If you didn't keep records you can try contacting Adobe. Explain that the email has changed FIRST and get the account sorted out. Don't ask about CS6 or they will just tell you it is out of support.
