1. Account Overview

Service Provider: Adobe Inc.
Product: Adobe Creative Cloud
Current Plan Cost: £66.44 per month
Requested Downgrade Plan: £19.97 per month

Thanks for posting, @tony_4111. Did you try to downgrade your plan about a month a half ago? I am showing that you currently have two separate subscriptions. The new photography plan does not give you any additional value from the Creative Cloud Pro plan.

Below is a clearer, structured, and professionally worded version of your complaint:

Subject: Formal Complaint – Failure to Process Downgrade and Incorrect Billing

I am raising a formal complaint regarding Adobe Creative Cloud’s apparent refusal to process my subscription downgrade and the resulting overcharge.

On the “Manage Subscription” page of your website, I am presented with two options:

    1. Photoshop Plan – Creative Cloud Single-App Membership (Photoshop) at £19.97 per month

    2. Creative Cloud Pro – Currently £66.49 per month (Renewal date: 20 September 2026)

I have been subscribed to the Creative Cloud Pro plan for nearly three years, paying approximately £66–£70 per month (in pounds sterling, not dollars). However, I only use Photoshop. For that reason, I requested a downgrade to the £19.97 per month Photoshop-only plan in January.

Despite this request, the downgrade was not processed.

    Instead:

    • I was charged £66.49 for the Creative Cloud Pro plan.

    • I was also charged £19.97 for the Photoshop plan.

    • My account still reflects the higher-tier Creative Cloud Pro subscription.

This effectively means I am being charged nearly £90 per month to use only Photoshop.

    The issue is straightforward:
I am requesting that my subscription be downgraded from the £66–£70 Creative Cloud Pro plan to the £19.97 per month Photoshop-only plan.

There is no technical or contractual justification for making this process unnecessarily complex. Downgrading a subscription should be a simple administrative adjustment.

    I request:

    1. Immediate cancellation of the Creative Cloud Pro plan.

    2. Confirmation that my active subscription is the £19.97 Photoshop-only plan.

    3. A refund of any duplicate or incorrect charges.

    4. Written confirmation that no further £66+ charges will be applied.

    This matter needs urgent correction.

changing your wording (via ai or otherwise) doesn’t address the issue that you have two overlapping plans and one should be cancelled.  you were given a link to adobe support to help you with that.  ie, contact adobe support.

read https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html for info on how to change your plan, but deals are offered to different users at different times. ie, the one you’re seeking now may not be available to you now.
