Triple charges, and 4th times charge, but still notice "Issue with Payment"
I have problem with payment charged by Adobe, but could not contact anyone to help me to solve this issue.
+ On 05th May, on due of my payment, Adobe charged me THREE TIMES in the same minute (attached screenshot).
at the end of the day, Adobe sent me email to notice "Payment failed".
I tried to contact in various platform to raise this issue (email/ chat/...) but FAILED.
+ Today, 08th May, I log-in with trying another way to contact PIC,
on the screen show 'payment failed', I click 'retry with this payment'
--> Adobe charges THE 4TH TIMES. OMG!
and...
the screen in my account still notices "Payment failed"...
I am really frustrated and upset the way of charging payment, and especially Chatbot, or any email ... No one can be contacted to help the client.
Luckily, I found this forum/ community to share.
Though I want to use Lightroom to mange my library, but now I seriously consider to cancel my subcription (but still worry Adobe keeps charging me later...).
