Trouble canceling my free trial.

I subscribed for a free trial to edit a couple documents and completey forgot to cancel it! 

I have been trying to cancel the trial seeing as I no longer have use for this, everytime I go into membership there is no cancellation button!!! 
I have no money in my account so to there has been no charge but now I'm scared that if I get the $30+ in my account it will be taken straight out and into this trial.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!

if you have a payment problem, you can't cancel.  you need to fix your payment problem first, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html and then you'll be able to cancel

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Have you followed the steps as in the page below?
- logging into your account (https://account.adobe.com/plans.) and going to Manage plan.
