Trouble retrieving my paid subscription
On the 3rd of June 2022 I paid for an adobe subscription valid for 1 month that can no longer be traced. My laptop was stolen and when I got a new one and tried signing in it told me that I have a free plan as opposed to the paid one purchased in June. I am having trouble getting to my plan without paying for a new subscription. I can only speak to virtual assistants and would like any help with regard to getting access to the plan I already paid for. I have proof of it on my bank statement!!
