Trouble with cancelled plan
I had an Adobe account under one email and password. I cancelled it and started another account under a different email and password. Every time I log in on IMac with the new email and password, Lightroom wont let me into the Develop module. I get message saying my account has expired and I have to sign up for new plan. I have a plan as I stated and I'm being billed monthly but I cant use it. I've cleared cache, history, etc., and have even tried Safari and Chrome. I can however access the account on my Dell laptop but I prefer the IMac. I've been on Adobe Support Chat several times and they recommend the steps outlined above, but I get the same result. Suggestions appreciated.
