Question

Trouble with cancelling trial account - end up with two and have to pay loads of money

On January 20th I started a trial account and thought I had cancelled it within 7 days. When I recently checked my credit card, I saw I had two accounts (plans) and have been charged in total 36.29 and 24.19 euros per month and when I cancelled today I will be charged about 150 euro’s to cancel the second plan.

I feel very much tricked because (a) it seemed easy to cancel trial but then I messed up and (b) adobe could have let me know I had two accounts (why would anyone have two) and © that there is no easy way to contact Adobe except through a textbox

I cancelled the plans yesterday and I received confirmation for both. However, I intended to cancel it within the trial period. I thought I had done so, but now I realize I must have done something wrong. I have not even used Adobe special features at all.

I am  am upset I have to pay those cancellation fees.  In addition to accidental subscriptions

    Hi @LykaV,

I confirm that you have two annual subscriptions for Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Stock respectively since 3 months and 22 days.

Could you confirm if you received any confirmation email when you cancelled your plan?

Let us know. We’ll look into this.

check each account listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

make sure everything is cancelled at the account(s) you do not want.

Trial plans are automatically converted into paid plans after the trial period expires. So one has to explicitly cancel the plan. Regarding the two plans that should not happens automatically, you must have taken trial of two things. If this is not so then you should contact Adobe to get this rectified.
