Trouble with cancelling trial account - end up with two and have to pay loads of money

On January 20th I started a trial account and thought I had cancelled it within 7 days. When I recently checked my credit card, I saw I had two accounts (plans) and have been charged in total 36.29 and 24.19 euros per month and when I cancelled today I will be charged about 150 euro’s to cancel the second plan.

I feel very much tricked because (a) it seemed easy to cancel trial but then I messed up and (b) adobe could have let me know I had two accounts (why would anyone have two) and © that there is no easy way to contact Adobe except through a textbox

Trial plans are automatically converted into paid plans after the trial period expires. So one has to explicitly cancel the plan. Regarding the two plans that should nothappens automatically, you must have taken trial of two things. If this is not so then you should contact Adobe to get this rectified.
