Troubles with membership payment
Hi, I know this issue isn't related to this specific tag, but there was no other tag that matched my problem and I couldn't contact any Adobe personel directly, so please bear with me.
I'm currently subscribed to an Adobe membership, which has it's renewal set to November. However, after March, I changed my credit card, but forgot to update it on my Adobe Account. Since then, my membership has been suspended and I'd like to know what I'm supposed to do next. To clarify, I no longer have any interest in maintaining my membership, so I'd like to know if I can just cancel my membership now (since it's already suspended) or if I still have to pay for the pending and remaining payments.
