Troubles with recieving student license substance 3D

hello, im not even sure where to begin. 

but recently i enrolled into a new art education. and soon we are going to work with substance 3D painter.

ive tried everything to get my license and i seem to get stopped everytime.

issues i encountered:

when recieving the product code, i tried to fill it in to get the 3D package, but it states that the product code is invalid.

when trying with another email account (personal account instead of school account), it states that the uniqueID already exists, so i cant even continue and get a product code. 

attempting it again with a new account, and now it states that the APO codes are not available for this product. 

At this point im so lost into costumer services, and noone is able to help me.
