When I try to cancel my plan, it keeps showing an error message. I'd like to know what's going on.

Having the same issue. Not how I wanted to spend a Saturday night. I never signed up for this stupid AI assistant anyway at least not voluntarily when I did free trial of regular Adobe. AI is f'ing terrible and I'm never giving Adobe another penny f this.

cancel it.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

and when trying a different browser from the previous suggestion, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

Hi @yueh-lin_5261,

Thank you for reaching out. Based on your query, you are unable to cancel your AI assistant for Acrobat plan and are encountering an error during the cancellation process. I recommend trying the following steps:

• Clear your browser cookies and cache, close the browser completely, and then try again.
• Open a private/incognito window, sign in, and attempt the cancellation.
• Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).

• Disable any VPN or ad-blocker/extension, refresh the page, and retry.
• Sign out from all devices in your Adobe profile, sign back in, and attempt cancellation again.
• After performing the steps above, open https://adobe.ly/4p5OgLN
, go to Manage plan → Cancel your plan.

Additionally, please connect to a different network, such as mobile hotspot and try to cancel.

Please try these steps and let us know if the issue persists.

Regards,
^AN
