trying to by pro refused 6 times

i have tried 6 times to buy the pro version each time paying through PayPal i get a message about regions do not match so i do not get it, Once with an English debit card. Once with a Bulgarian, yes, I am English, live in Bulgaria, and have money, which idiot set the sales thing up. Looks like I will have to find a bootleg version if this can't be sorted out. I tried phoning them but no chance to find humans
