Trying to cancel

  1.  I want to cancel my subscription but it says I'm locked into a yearly contract and it'll cost me about £110 to cancel now. I can't find where it tells me when the yearly subscription renews so I can cancel then instead - does anyone know?? Thanks in advance

cancel after the 12th payment is received (and before the renewal), if you want no penalty.

I'm sorry to see you go.

Here's how you check: Log into your Account. In Creative Cloud, you'll see "Manage Account" under your user name (top, right). Click there. It'll bring you to your plans where you can see "Next payment on (date)..."
