trying to cancel my daughters subscription with a student email that she no longer has access to...

My daughter signed up for a student subsription.

She doesn't remember the password.

She no longer has the email since she is no longer studying at that institution.  So we can't reset the password.

 

I can't get hold of a human to discuss the problem.  I can't even sign in to get help through the chat.

 

I can't sign in to cancel the subscription.  Adobe is charging me $22 / month

What do I do?
