Trying to contact a real person on adobe assistence for a purchase

Hello,

I'm trying to speak with a real person from adobe team but after at the chat it says me  to 'wait'  , after 15 minutes , it ends or no reply.
I need support to how purchase a software, where to contact the team?

    Someone please can confirm if once one purchase a software via Adobe page (a software that is 'one time purchase' only) with paypal, it will be like for the credit card ,that can't be removed anymore from the account Adobe after the payment? Or paypal can be removed or deleted from the account? Do you have software (una tantum / one single purchase) that you paid with paypal and you could not remove your account paypal from adobe 's account anymore or you are able to remove the paypal  address?

    some adobe software is a one-time purchase, but most are subscription-based with repetitive payments.

     

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter:
    tweet @AdobeCare

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
