Trying to purchase and install Lightroom & Photoshop Plan

Question

I'm trying to purchase and install the following plan, Get Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop and 20 GB of cloud storage (1 TB available), however I keep getting a notice that I already have Lightroom. I have owned it previously and cancelled my plan, of which the subscription ended yesterday (30.09.2020).

How can I fix this problem? I need it for my college course.
