Trying to reactivate my subscription , but not able to change payment method
Hello,
I'm a returning customer trying to re-activate my subscription. The payment method saved in my account is no longer valid. I select my products, and continue to the payment area. At this point only my old payment information is visable and selectable. I see no option to update method anywhere on my account.
I followed the instructions as shown here , https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html but my accoutn did not have those links.
My account only shows " you have no paid plans "
Any help is appreciated.
