Trying to switch to education pricing from existing plan

Hi all,

I already had that Creative Cloud Pro plan (my understanding is that this is the exact same plan you get into if you sign up as a student) at the original price and have been paying that for a few years.

Then I just got back to uni for a postgrad programme so I have education status again. I uploaded my paperwork and got my education status verified, but I’m not seeing any discount applied to my plan.

What should I do here?
