Tunisia Payment & Plans

Hello,

Now this happens for the 2nd time : Blocking Tunisia from paying online and forcing me to deal with local resellers, well, I contacted all resellers on Adobe’s Page, only 2 answered me, and guess what, they only sell For Teams / Enterprise, none of them sells Individual or Student / Teacher Plans (I can send you their emails)… I recently received an email telling me that they will stop my subscription and telling me I have to buy through local reseller, AGAIN… Now how is this possible? How am I supposed to pay for the subscription then? I contacted someone from support and said “they can’t do anything for me”… I suggested that as I’m from MENA region, what if I pay from a different country from the MENA region, the closest, they also said it’s not allowed.
Please help.

Thanks for posting, @Admirable_Forest0e55, and thank you to @kglad for trying to help.

I apologize for any confusion you have encountered in managing your subscription in Tunisia.

I can understand why receiving an email about purchasing through a reseller, especially after having difficulty finding a reseller that offers individual or student plans, would be confusing. The good news is that I can still see your active Creative Cloud Pro subscription, and your access has not been removed.

I can also confirm that you are currently on an education plan and are already receiving the discounted student/teacher pricing associated with that offer. In addition, while there have been issues with the payment method on file, your subscription remains active at this time.

Because this involves account-specific billing and payment details, we can't review it publicly. If you received additional emails indicating that changes may be required for your subscription, please let us know the exact wording of the message (without posting any personal information such as your email address, order number, or payment details). That will help us better understand whether any action is required on your account.

Please keep us updated in this discussion if you have questions about the email you received, but do not share any personal or account information publicly, @Admirable_Forest0e55.

It’s in Arabic and it says :

    Dear Adobe Customer,
We are contacting you to inform you about a change to your Adobe subscription.
Your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the current term. Please note that your access will continue without interruption throughout your paid subscription period. To continue using Adobe products and services after your paid subscription period ends, please purchase a new subscription through an authorized reseller or authorized partner.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your loyalty to Adobe.
