Two Accounts

I was forced to open a second account for Adobe Acrobat because of some glitch disabling my account when I needed it urgently. It solved the problem but takin out a new account.but I now need to cancel the second 'new' account as all seems to be working correctly. In other words, I want to stop paying twice for Acrobat as it's included on my overall Adobe Account. I'm finding it impossible to do. I continually get put in a loop that won't allow me to cancel. How do I go about this?

Hi @peter_9387,

Thanks for writing in. I can see that you have an active subscription associated with this email address which is 4 days old. Please follow the steps in the article shared by the expert on how to cancel your plan. Since the plan is within first 14 days window of purchase, you should get a full refund for the plan within 12-14 days.

Let me know if you have any questions.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
