Hi there,

Happy to help!

We checked your account details associated with your email ID and we see that you have two active subscriptions.

Please log in to to the Adobe account and you should be able to see all the active plans.

https://account.adobe.com/

Also, I investigated your query where you mentioned that you had a billing issue. Unfortunately, we do not discuss any billing and account information on a community forum.

As mentioned earlier, kindly contact the Customer Care and you will be able to get all the help that you need in order to resolve the issue.

Please do not share any personal/confidential information like email ID, bank details, etc here. This is a public forum.

Hope the information was helpful to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,

Rashmi Swain

do you really want 2 individual subscriptions?

if so, to correct payment problems, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html

if you want both subscriptions and the above link fails to help you with the billing problem, contact adobe support.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Hi there, I have reviewed the Adobe ID (email address) you have utilized to post here and found that you have two Creative Cloud Individual subscriptions registered.

I am moving your question to the correct forum (Account, Payment, & Plan) for help.

Hope this helps.

Aren't you sure? And are they Teams or Enterprise accounts? Because only admins of such accounts will get alarmed of such troubles. And only the contract owner can update the payment methods.
