Two Payments to Adobe Systems Software of £1
I have received two charges from Adobe Systems Software of £1 to my credit card on the 2nd October. My annual subscrition is not due until November 1st. Why have I been charged these ?

Based on other messages I have read, those are tests to verify a working credit card

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
