Two separate account billings without a clue

Three possibilities:

1.  You have two separate acounts under different emails.

2.  You or a family member used your card to buy a mobile subscription from Google Play or Apple Store.

3. Your payment card was compromised  -- contact your bank.

800-833-6687, and when I called reached a very competent and friendly CSR who curred the issue. Thank you for reaching out. Sincerely, Vincent
