UK Plan Showing Cancellation Fee After Contract End + Moving Account to India
Hello,
I have an Adobe Photography Plan (20GB) on an annual plan, paid monthly, purchased in the UK while I was studying there. My subscription started on 12 Jan 2024, so the 12-month commitment ended on 12 Jan 2025.
It is now August 2025, so I believe my plan should be on a rolling monthly basis. However, when I check Manage Plan, it still says:
“You’ll be charged an early cancellation fee: £24.96”
Could someone please clarify:
Has my plan moved to a rolling monthly contract after January 2025?
Why is the early cancellation fee still appearing, and how can I cancel now without being charged incorrectly?
Also, I have now moved back to India permanently. I would like to switch my account’s country/region from the UK to India and continue with the Photography Plan (20GB), but I also need to ensure my Adobe Portfolio site, Behance profile, and cloud files are preserved during the transition.
Could you please advise:
3. What is the safest way to transfer my account and data to the India region without losing my portfolio content?
4. Can this be done without cancelling my plan and starting from scratch?
