Unabe to purchase Adobe Lightroom in Namibia

Question

Hi there,I'm URGENTLY looking to purchase Adobe Lightroom. I bought the DVD about 6 years ago, accessed it this past weekend again & now I can't access the 'Develop mode'. Now, it seems as if I have to buy it online, which I attempted by Adobe's online website, BUT it stated that it's not available in my region & I need a reseller.                                                                                                 Anyone who could assist me on what to do? ASAP?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
