Unable to Access Adobe After Effects Subscription Due to Unknown Email
I have few months ago purchased an Adobe After Effects subscription using my credit card, but I have no idea which email address was used during the purchase process. As a result, I cannot access the product or cancel the subscription.
Additionally, I am unable to reach support through your chatbot, as it requires an active account login, which I do not have access to due to the unknown email.
Please advise me on how I can recover access or resolve this issue. I can provide proof of payment card if needed.
