unable to access Adobe apps at home with school plan.

i have an Adobe plan with my school. when I try to use my Adobe apps at home, it says that i'm using a free plan. when I use them with the school-managed computers, all the apps appear.

at home, confirm your id/password/subscription at https://account.adobe.com

then sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

does your account show an active subscription? if yes, does the cc desktop app show trials instead of installs?
