Unable to access any premium features

Hi,

I purchased a annual subscription to Adobe Photoshop Express Premium through Google Play, but I never got access to the premium features. When I contacted Adobe support, they said I don’t have an active subscription because it was canceled due to non-payment. However, I’ve already been charged for it on December 10 2024. When I reached out to Google, they said they can’t provide a refund due to their policy. Now I’m left without the subscription I paid for, and neither Adobe nor Google is resolving the issue.
