Unable to access app after paying
Just a while ago I decided to buy a monthly subscription plan for Photoshop. After finally paying the 26 euro fee, I downloaded the Adobe creative cloud app, from which I was supposed to download Photoshop, however it's asking me to pay again. When I pressed the button for payment it says that I already own the product. The clanker for support isn't helping at all and talking to a real agent doesn't currently work. Has anyone experienced this as well or is it just me?
