Unable to apply a promotion showing in my account to my plan

Hello,

I see an orange rectangle saying offer to get a 1 year subscription at 50% for existing subscriber on my plan page. But it's just a like clic to see the condition and like no link to access the said promotion. Please see the image below.

I tried contacting the chat to see how I could get it and was answered that is was for new clients, after telling them it was saying for existing customers per the text in the offer they told me there was a 3 month free for new customers... I repeated and sent the image was told well do it yourself then and they cut the chat. Well if I was able to get it directly in my account, I would have.

But I don't see anywhere how to activate this discount, can someone help me? My current subscription is ending on October 29th. I tried the cancellation process but this offer won't show up.

Hello Nancy,

Yes I saw the 3 months offer, but the message above states it is for existing customers and not new customers so this is why I am very confused. Why would the website show something like this if it was not possible?
