unable to cancel
I'm professor and have a school account. I was having trouble logging in from home (my school closed due to covid) so I created a new account just for the trial (we had only one week left of online classes). However I can't cancel this subscription, I've been trying for weeks. The cancel button refered in the help isn't there. I can't contact anybody as the support is unavailable. This is madening. I have been teaching and using this software for years and each year I have more and more students migrating to Resolve not only for budget reasons but because of once you subscribe to Adobe and want to cancel it's a nightmare to navigate this process. For a company that makes software I can't imagine that this happens by mistake or incompetence, it looks to me it's designed to be this way and the proof is that there are tons of people complaining about the same thing. Please cancel my subscription. I already have one...
