Unable to cancel Adobe after 7 day trial
Hi,
I accessed the Adobe free trial in July and cancelled after 5 days. I have been charged everymonth since. I tried logging into my account and could view all tabs except 'manage plans' which came up with an error message. So I went on the quest to speak to customer service which is near impossible. I'd have a better change of learning hacking skills, tapping into the main Adobe hub and cancelling my own plan than being able to simply do it either theough my account or customer suport!
Today, I tried again and I am able to access the manage plans tab today (Hallelujah!) so I went to cancel my plan which gave me a message that if I cancel now I will have to pay a cancellation fee of 89.86GBP!
The free trial feels like a scam to keep you on a payment plan with no straight forward way to cancel to be honest & not having a proper customer service contact point is ridiculous. This is very disapointing as I am already 60GBP down and I am not using Adobe at all and don't need the prduct now. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would like to cancel this payment ASAP.
