Unable to cancel Adobe free 7 day trial on a school account

Hi, I have a school account for adobe and had access to many adobe aps for free, one day I stopped having access to photoshop, so I thought the school had cancelled the plan or something. Since I really needed to use Photoshop I used the free trial option, and put my card in, expecting I could cancel it before I am charged. I have not been able to do this however, as there is no "manage plans" options in my plans page. I also got an email confirming I will be charged by the 24th.  Any help is appreciated, thanks!

There is no "Abo verwalten" option which should be manage plans.

The first thing to do is to ask your school's IT for assistance.

If they cannot assist, only Adobe Customer Care can help you to cancel. No one else can. I've moved your post from Using the Community (for questions about the forums to Account, Payment, and plan for you.

Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

    Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.
