Unable to Cancel Adobe Subscription and Ongoing Charges

Dear Adobe Support,

 

I would like to seek assistance regarding an issue with my subscription cancellation.

 

Previously, I cancelled my trial and subscription plan, but I am still receiving charge-related emails. After reading discussions in the Adobe Community, I understood that users could make a payment first and then request a cancellation within 14 days to receive a refund. Based on this understanding, I proceeded with the payment for a product, expecting that I would be able to request cancellation afterward.

 

However, I am currently unable to manage or cancel the plan from my account, and I am unsure about the subscription status and charges.

 

Could you please help me check my account and advise on how I can resolve this issue and request the cancellation/refund if applicable?

    I confirm the subscriptions have been cancelled and refund has been initiated by Adobe today. Please wait for 12-14 days for the refund to process.

    refunds are automatic, if you qualify.  but you must cancel your subscription.

     

    it’s not clear whether you’ve cancelled everything you subscribed to, or not.  check your account (per ​@Manan Joshi ).  if there’s any subscriptions you do not want, cancel them.

    You can get more information on plan cancellation via https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

    If you are unable to do it yourself you should contact Adobe support.
