Unable to cancel- Assistance Required

Hi Adobe Community,

I recently signed up for adobe acrobat pro for US 10.99 dollars or 5545.22 PKR. Despite cancelling my free trial and plan it keeps charging my card for the payment and i am unable to cancel it as payment keeps failing. I want to cancel the plan without being charged for the plan. Please support.

Thanks, to reiterate I don't want to continue my subscription and to update the payment it asks me to "save and pay" as I mentioned i would like assistance to cancel it without charging my account.
