Unable to cancel my plan
After paying for Adobe Pro service for 2.5 years I am now attempting to cancel since I know longer have the need for it.
2 Questions:
- Why do you put “we get it” next to the option to cancel and then open a popup that just spins without ever loading a screen where I can actually cancel?
- Why is there no option to actually get through to a human being to get this resolved? Even to get here I had to finagle through several different screens where most links just sent me in a circle back to prior pages that didn’t work.
Please proceed to cancel my plan as of today and send me confirmation of this. (I shouldn’t have to hassle with this further.)
