unable to cancel my subscription

Hi

I want to cancel may trial subscription but I cannot. Please cancel my account as I do not want to use your product any longer !!

    That screen shot shows you trying to delete your Adobe account, not how to cancel the trial. You have to cancel the trial before deleting the account. Warning: if you ever want to subscribe to an Adobe product again, you will need a new email address. Adobe does not allow reuse of emails from cancelled accounts.

     

    Meantime, this should tell you how to cancel your subscription/trial. I hope it helps.
