Not working, tried everything. Today's the last day for cancelling.

Akhilesh, I am sorry you are encountering so many problems managing your different Accounts. I show that you have three different accounts, including one that has been claimed by an organization. Please use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/49Sukar to sign in with the Personal account that contains your new subscription. Once you are logged in with the correct account, you can then complete the self-cancel process discussed at https://adobe.ly/4rPD5sz. If the computer or network is also managed by an organization, then you may need to work with them to obtain the necessary access to manage your account, Akhilesh.
The steps provided in this post will also work on a smartphone or tablet, Akhilesh, so if you are unable to manage the plan on your computer and can't get help from your organization, then using a smartphone or tablet can lead to success. ^JW
