Unable to cancel subscription because the website returns an error
Hi Adobe Support,
I'm hoping an Adobe representative can help me.
I'm trying to cancel my subscriptions, but every time I click "Cancel plan", the website returns the message:
"An error occurred. Please try again."
I've already tried:
- Multiple browsers
- Refreshing the page
- Logging in again
The same error happens every time, so I am currently unable to cancel either of my subscriptions.
I also noticed that I have an Adobe Stock subscription. My intention was only to subscribe to Premiere Pro, and I don't understand why I have a separate Adobe Stock plan. I would appreciate it if someone could review my account and explain how this subscription was added????????
Could an Adobe representative please help me:
- Cancel my Premiere plan.
- Cancel my Adobe Stock plan.
- Investigate why the Adobe Stock subscription exists on my account.
- Confirm that I won't be charged while your website is preventing me from cancelling.
