Unable to cancel subscription due to payment error

Hi, my free trial has ended, but I forgot to cancel it. My card currently doesn't have enough funds, and I cannot cancel the plan myself on the website. I do not intend to use this service further. Could you please help me cancel this subscription and waive any pending charges? Thank you.

Fixing payment issues is a prerequisite for cancellation of plans. See the following article

    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

Fix it if you get charged you will be refunded. If you delay cancelling your plan due to this you may not exceed the timeline for refund. For refund rules see

    Hi @funny_Palette07b9,

Thank you for reaching out to the Adobe Community. We understand that a payment issue on top of a subscription you want to cancel is stressful, and we're happy to help you work through it.

I reviewed your account details and can see an active Creative Cloud Pro subscription. It's an annual plan, billed annually (prepaid). Your account currently shows pending dues, and that's what is blocking the cancellation.

Adobe offers a full refund when an annual plan is cancelled within 14 days of purchase. Your plan is 11 days old, so you have 3 more days to cancel and still qualify.

    Here's what to do:

    1. Clear the pending dues first. This lets the account become active so the cancellation can go through.
    2. Cancel the subscription within the next 3 days. Please do this before the 14-day window closes.

Once you cancel after clearing the dues, Adobe will initiate a full refund, and you can expect the amount back within 10 to 14 days.

Since this is an open forum, please don't share any personal or confidential information, such as billing or account details, in your replies here.

If you have any questions along the way, please post here and we'll be glad to help.

    Best regards,

    Shivangi
