Unable to cancel the subscription

, I would like this to reach the billing department. I would like my account to be permanently cancelled, I no longer require to use your software and I cannot afford to continue to use it. unfortunately your account settings has made it impossible to cancel my subscription.

    Adobe offers a full refund if the subscription is cancelled within the first 14 days. Since you're still within this window, you can follow the steps below to proceed:

    Once the cancellation is successfully completed within the 14 day window, the refund will be automatically initiated and typically processed within 12 to 14 days.

    Please make sure to complete this process within the next 8 days to remain eligible for the refund.

    I am demanding the immediate cancellation of my Adobe Stock and CC Pro subscriptions, effective today.

    Your system failed to process my cancellation request before the trial ended, which is a known technical glitch on your end—not a fault of my own. It is completely unacceptable that your platform deliberately blocks users from cancelling by creating an artificial 'pending dues' loop.

    I am still strictly within the 14-day consumer grace period. I expect a human support agent to manually override this system error immediately. You must wipe the pending balance, cancel both annual contracts, and ensure no termination fees are applied.

    Do not send me automated links or instructions to pay first. Process this cancellation manually right now and send me written confirmation.
