Unable to change country address or cancel subscription — support unavailable
Hi everyone,
I’ve recently moved to another country and need to update my address in my Adobe account. However, the address field in my profile is completely inactive — I can’t edit or update it in any way.
I tried to contact Adobe Support, but there’s no way to reach them. The phone number listed for the Netherlands simply doesn’t work. There’s no functioning chat or email option either.
Since I couldn’t get any help, I decided to cancel my subscription entirely — but that doesn’t work either. When I go through the cancellation process, the website freezes at the confirmation step and then shows an error. I’m attaching a screenshot of what happens.
At this point, I honestly don’t know how to proceed. Could someone from Adobe please advise what my next steps should be?
