Unable to change password
I have been advised by my Internet security that my password has been co promised but I cannot change it as it has been changed and I don't know what it is. The only way I can now alert you yo this fact is now by further compromising my security by declaring it on a public forum as there does not seem to be any simpler way to do it, such as, say having a customer support email address that j could have used. I even had to download the Adobe app when I am not even an Adobe customer. Your customer service is appalling.
