Unable to change plan
I'm at my wits end since I need assitance on my account
When i want to upgrade to a new plan that is cheaper than the one I currently have when it comes to confirm payments since I'm a student it is required to enter the establishment name but when I click on I cannot enter anything wether it is a list not appearing or something blocking anything that can be typed
I tried that on another browser same problem. I tried clearing whatever you can clear, various other options that depends on my end.
This is my last attempt to seek support since there is literally not a single option to contact assistance on this site otherwise I'm canceling my subscription this is too frustrating (says everywhere that you can contact support but nothing works at least not on my end and everything directs you to forums for non-related problems).
