Unable to complete purchase on Apple store

  1. hello there,

I have paid for lightroom mobile just now on Apple 🍏  Store but on the app it's written "sorry we couldn't complete purchase, i tried Closing and reopening the app again too but same problem.

please help????

Hi shivaa18, are you unable to subscribe via Apple, Google, or adobe.com?  More info about your device, application version, any error messages or behaviors would help us understand how to help you.

I don't know what you purchased but you need to contact the Apple Store, not Adobe.
