Unable to Deactivate Acrobat Pro 2020 Due to Failed PC – Request to Reset Activation

I have a perpetual volume license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. My previous computer has failed and I can no longer access it to deactivate Acrobat. Please reset the activation for the inaccessible computer so I can activate Acrobat Pro 2020 on my new PC.

    no one can do that.  ie, if you have no computer with an activation, you can’t restore an activation.
