Unable to delete my Adobe account

To whom it may concern.

 

I do not longer want to use my Adobe account, therefore I wpuld like to delete it. However, the option “Delete your account” is not visible in my profile. I am not part of an enterprise, I am an individual.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/manage-your-account/delete-adobe-account.html for instructions on how to request an account deletion. Try using a different device, if the Delete Adobe account option is not visible under Data and privacy settings.

     

    If the option is still not visible, then please contact us directly to request the account be deleted. No action will be taken from this public discussion thread.

    I have tried to log in from two different devices, but the option does not appare at all.

    I have even tried to retrieve a customer support contact, to no avail.
