unable to download kyles brushes

although im paying for my student package and ive been using it for years when i try to get more brushes it says its only for adobe customers and asks me to buy the package. This is when i am sighned in to my account which i have my current package through.

when i go to my account it says im on a free trial but i am not.

Log-in below with your paid ID and password to confirm your subscription is active and the payment details are up to date.
